Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Harvestopia Foods, we strive to ensure a smooth and timely delivery experience for all our customers.

All orders are shipped through reliable registered domestic courier services and/or Speed Post. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation and successful payment, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 3–5 business days, subject to the operational timelines and serviceability of the courier partner. While we make every effort to adhere to the estimated delivery timelines, Harvestopia Foods does not guarantee delivery within the stated period, as delays may occur due to unforeseen logistical constraints.

Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order. Customers are requested to ensure that the shipping details entered are accurate and complete. Confirmation of order dispatch and delivery status will be communicated via the registered email address.

Harvestopia Foods shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities.


Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹999, provided the order is shipped to a single address.
  • For orders below this amount, applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for:
    • Customized or special orders
    • Bulk or gifting orders placed via phone or email
  • Any shipping charges levied are non-refundable.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds Policy

Given the perishable nature of our products, Harvestopia Foods follows a strict No Returns Policy.

However, customer satisfaction remains a priority. If you are dissatisfied with your order, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear images or videos of the damaged product along with your Order ID via email or phone.
  • Upon verification, we may offer a replacement, subject to the authenticity of the claim.

Important Conditions

  • Only one replacement per order/customer will be provided.
  • Requests made after 72 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
  • Harvestopia Foods reserves the sole discretion to approve or reject replacement requests based on the evidence provided.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any claim that does not meet the above conditions.

Order Cancellations

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 2 hours without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for cancelling an Order is 2 hours from the time on which You place the order for Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier. We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the order. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. Orders once dispatched will not be cancellable.
